Regional Growth Manager

We are seeking a Regional Manager to spearhead our expansion into the Vietnamese market. As our first dedicated employee for this region, you will play a crucial role in introducing and growing Nekodex, our cutting-edge decentralized exchange platform, to Vietnamese traders and crypto enthusiasts.

Responsibility

• Market Development: Spearhead the strategic expansion into the Vietnamese market. Establish and maintain relationships with key figures in the Vietnamese crypto trading sphere.

• Strategic Campaign Management: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (using Paid, and Owned & Operated channels) that align with Perpetual Protocol’s business goals. Ensure that campaigns across various channels are consistent, promoting user engagement, acquisition, and retention.

• Performance Analytics and Optimization: Assess the success of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies for maximum results. Regularly provide reports on key performance metrics, offering practical recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including Product, Engineer, Design, and Data, aligning marketing initiatives with product launches, feature updates, and market trends for a unified approach and consistent messaging.

• Meaningful Content Creation: Create a cohesive content strategy, develop engaging content, and stay updated on industry trends for effective communication across diverse channels.

• Events & Community Management: Plan and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and engage the community. Manage community initiatives, build relationships with users and influencers to foster a lively and supportive community around Perpetual Protocol.

Requirement

• Must be a Vietnamese speaker with strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.

• Actively involved in the crypto trading community, with thorough knowledge of DeFi protocols and trading strategies.

• Deep understanding of DeFi and experience with protocols (for instance, ability to distinguish between Uniswap and Curve).

• Prior experience in a similar role, either as an individual contributor or manager.

• Proven track record with analytics and growth.

• Strong English communication skills required.

• Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Must be based in Vietnam and open to domestic travel for events and community engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal experience as a trader, particularly in DeFi and perpetual futures markets.

• Established network within the Vietnamese crypto trading community.

• Experience in launching products or services in the Vietnamese market.

• Proven experience in community management and growing social media presence.
