Copywriter

We are looking for someone to help with content writing for announcements, educational articles, protocol docs, and other marketing requirements.

This is a contract base role with the goal of transitioning to full time.

Perpetual Protocol is the leading derivatives DEX, live since December 2020 and having facilitated over 30 billion dollars in trading volume to date.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging copy that enhances every touchpoint of the brand, including:

  • Email copy that feels informative, approachable and human

  • Website & landing page copy that’s engaging and on-brand

  • Educational long form content

• Collaborate with growth managers and designers on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)

Requirements

• Great writing skills: You have a knack for distilling complex topics into easy-to-understand written content

• Naturally creative: You’re able to think creatively, spot opportunities and come up with exciting new ideas for marketing campaigns and more.

• Crypto Native: You have a passion and familiarity of DeFi and the current trends

• Details obsessed: You have a keen eye for detail and sharp proofreading skills. You catch errors and inconsistencies in copy before anyone else.

• Teamwork: You’re comfortable working in a fully-remote team, taking on constructive feedback and incorporating it into your writing.

• Flexible: You’re coachable, open-minded and happy to adapt when things change.

Nice to have

• Understanding of finance, especially derivatives trading, e.g. futures and perpetuals

• Native in a second language
